Return & Refund Policy: Once sold not refundable, unless Innosilicon fails to ship your order due to Innosilicon liability Or, product received is significantly different from Innosilicon description (submodel switch doesn’t qualify for reason to refund)
On-time Delivery: If you do not receive your purchase within 23 days(which excludes preorder items or shipping delay caused by customs reasons, wars, or any other contingencies beyond the Innosilicon control), you can ask for a full refund before order completion.
Processing & Shipping Time:
All orders will be dispatch Upto 24 Hours from our Innosilicon Warehouse, in case of bulk order we may take a day or two to ship the product via (DHL Express/ UPS/) after full payment of the order has been verified (Payment via Coinbase Bank gateway would take a couple of hours or max by 1 business days to verify the transaction). International delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.
